Jeff was born and raised in North Carolina to Mary P. Fowler and James E. Fowler on August 18th, 1970. He has worked at Stoney Creek Campground in Greenville, VA since 2006, doing maintenance and grounds care. Jeff will be remembered as a hardworking and kind man who loved animals and enjoyed working outside.
Jeff was preceded in death by his brother, James Edward Fowler II.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Mary Fowler of Charlotte, NC; father, James Fowler and wife Betty of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by two sisters, Pamela Fowler of Florida and Carrie Fowler of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by sister-in-law Amy Fowler of Alabama.
Following cremation, the family will hold services privately.
