Jerry was born in Oklahoma to the late Bertha Dean Pendley and Lester Earl Pendley on August 24th, 1940. He graduated High School in 1958, served at Offutt Airforce Base in Nebraska, and retired after 30 years of service with the Federal Government in Virginia.
Jerry is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, JoAnn G Pendley; a son, Jerry W. Pendley Jr.; a granddaughter, Taylor Pendley; a brother, Kenneth Pendley; as well as nieces Linda Larkin and Donna Rodriques; and a nephew, Larry Fox.
