

He was born March 6,1948, a son of the late James and Ramona Stacy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Stacy and his wife Melissa; sister, LeJeana Bevers.
Survivors include a son, Stacey Farley and wife Kim; two grandchildren, Karis Farley, Dominick Farley; two sisters, Beverly Stacy, Linda Ingram and husband Kenny; nephews, Richard Aughenbaugh and wife Ashley, Jermiah Aughenbaugh and wife Allison, Stephen Stacy and wife Brook, Ben Stacy and wife Shelly, Justin Ingram and wife Nicole; cousin, Stephen Horn and family.
Phil, as he was called by those who knew him best, was an avid reader from childhood.
He had an unquenchable appetite for most any book and was a gently soul, very independent, but sincerely appreciated all the assistance from family, friends and the Veterans Administration.
Phil served his country in the United States Army and was employed as a truck driver prior to his retirement.
The family would like to give special thanks to Augusta Health Hospice and Stephen Horn for all his help and support through the years and especially during Phil’s difficult month prior to his passing.
Following cremation, all service will be private.
