She was born May 8,1969, a daughter of Wesley William Knous, Jr., and Sharon Rebecca (Bunch) Knous.
Rebecca was a project manager in the communications field of which she traveled around the world.
She was a 1987 graduate of Stuarts Draft High School and received her Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, Russell Wayne Lowery; mother-in-law, Rita Lowery; sister, Tonya Knous Bush; nephew, Devon Bush and his wife Kristin and their children, Wesley and Stetson Bush.
She also leaves a number of cousins to cherish her memory.
Following cremation, a celebration of life service will be held on September 9, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
