Robert Laverne "Bob" Jessup

Born March 9, 1947 in Canada, he was the son of the late William Henry and Rose Alice (White) Jessup.

Bob was a member of Stuarts Draft Baptist Church. Prior to his passing, he worked as a construction foreman for almost 50 years, most recently employed by Faulconer Construction Co., Inc. He enjoyed spending time with his family and woodworking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, David, Gord, Alvin, George and Roy Jessup; and one sister, Sadie Dunford.

Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Janet Jessup; children, Robert Jessup, Penny Moore, Matthew Jessup, Cynthia Zawacky, Michael McKeel, Mark McKeel, Chrystal Bartley, Carilyn Beaumont and Kimberly Bishop; grandchildren, Nicholas and Jaden Jessup, Ashley and Holly Moore, Angela, Kristina & Dylan Ryan, Kylie Bartley, Madison Short, Jordan and Makayla McKeel, Seth McKee, Colton McKeel, Kavin and Olivia Beaumont; great grandchildren, Noah Jessup, Camden and Emmalynne O’Rourke, Sophia Ryan, and Khloe Ryan; siblings, Marie O’Donnell, Diane Hickinson, Daniel Jessup, Bill Jessup, Jerry Jessup, Terri-Lynne Jessup, Sheila Kopula, Marilyn Shipwright, Morris Jessup, Bernice Slute, and Vivian Love.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Stuarts Draft Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. William Kopp officiating. Following the service at the church his body will be cremated.

There will be no formal viewing or visitation at the funeral home.
