Sorry to learn of Annette's passing.  I knew her from when we worked at DEC together. She was kind, friendly, and very pleasant to work with. She always want to help others and co-workers sought her out. After I had trained her to be an assistant in my group, I was able to leave things in her capable hands when I left to join another group.  My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

I remember Annette gave me my first set of skis.  We went skiing in Mass and had a great time.  Very memorable and much appreciated.  She was a wonderful friend and neighbor.  Thank you Annette.  R.I.P.

I met Annette when she joined the Assabet Valley Camera Club in Hudson, MA   She always had a good sense of humor and was always very happy.  She was a good person and good friend. 
Annette will be greatly missed.

1976.  A Star is Born with Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson had just been released.  I remember wanting to see that movie so badly, but, it was rated PG-13, and I wasn't allowed to.  I spent a lot of time at her house when I was young, and I drove her crazy about wanting to see that movie.   
One day, she took me out with her to go shoe shopping.  I still remember the two pairs of platform shoes she bought.  They were the prettiest shoes I ever saw.  Later on that day she told me that she had a surprise for me and told me she was taking me to see A Star is Born, but, I had to promise not to tell my mom.   When we were getting ready to leave, she had put on a pair of the new shoes.  I remember staring at them and thinking how beautiful they were.  She looked at me and said "would you like to wear the other pair?"  Again, I had to promise not to tell my mom.  We wore the same size 6.
We went to the movie, front row,  she bought me popcorn and soda and candy.  Everything a kid could want.  To this day I remember parts of the movie, but, I spent most of the time staring at those brown leather platform shoes with the buckles, all the while Annette sat next to me with that beautiful smile.  
I spent so many days at your house while growing up, and you had the most beautiful cats that I would play with all day.  
You were an amazing person and I was so lucky to have you in my life.



Annette was our lifelong, babysitter, friend, neighbor, and probably the greatest soul I've ever met.  I grew up knowing her, appreciating her, respecting her and loving her.  And many years later, we worked at the same corporation, and when I saw her no time had gone by.  I will miss you Annette, say hi to Ma for us.  I love you girl.

To a wonderful neighbor and friend.  She was a special person with a big heart.  Annette, you will be missed!

I am so sorry to hear about Annette's passing.  I didn't know her, but my mom is the secretary at the Church Annette attended when she was well enough to attend, and had nothing but love and respect for her, and said she was the sweetest woman.  I hope she rests in the sweetest peace, with no more suffering.
