To Elena's Family and Friends,

Elena had a charisma about her like no other. Her caring, respectful, compassionate and loyal ways could never be compared.
She was a true matriarch of Blount Fine Foods and with her passing so many will be affected.
My breaks were often spent with Elena and throughout those times many people would walk in the office before their shifts just to say hello.... Almost as if their shift couldn't start until they'd seen her.
She will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she's entered.
