Gabe passed away peacefully on February 28th at Boston’s Mass General Hospital at the age of 54 with his wife by his side. He passed after a long, hard fought battle against cancer. His strength, grace and continuous optimism over the last few years was truly inspirational.
Gabe was an extremely loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He will be remembered by his wife Shannon, two children Joseph & Celeste, mother Regina, brother Robert and nieces Julia & Jenna. All of his family and friends will forever cherish the memories that they have of him.
Gabe was an amazing chef and “foodie”. He was an avid golfer, soccer and football fan. His love of cars, Formula 1 & the Ferrari team is unmatched. He was quick to laugh, was so gracious & generous and always saw the good in others. Gabe will be so missed.
A visitation will be held at Duckett Funeral Home of J.S Waterman, 656 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A further service and celebration of life will also be held in Toronto in the near future.
