I'll always remember Mr. Kelly's smile. He was such a bright light. So generous and kind to everyone and loved to laugh. The world is a better place because of him. God bless him. He was a great man. Love the Burr Family

A man, truly loved by all who knew him. Generous of heart and his time. It was an honor and privilege that my family was able to share so many happy times with Joe and Lil over the years. We shared a deep faith that gives us peace, knowing we will all meet again. I send my love to Lil and her family.
