Julie Shepherd

.Julie J. Shepherd of Marlborough died Monday, January 2, 2012 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital following an illness of several months. She was 46 and the wife of Brian A. Shepherd. Born July 21,1965 in Wyandotte, MI, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Wilma Wigent. Julie grew up in Taylor, MI and received her bachelor's degree from NC Wesleyan College. She married Brian Shepherd April 21, 1990 Dearborn, MI. Julie's many passions in life included scrapbooking, tennis, travel, family and friends.

In addition to her husband Julie is survived by two sons, Benjamin and Maxwell. Julie's siblings include the late Cheryl Pongratz, Gayle Ingram, Harold Wigent, and Catherine Wigent. Julie is survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, January 7, at 12:00 o’clock Noon at the Martha-Mary Chapel of Longfellow’s Wayside Inn, Wayside Inn Road (Rt.20), Sudbury. The Reverend Barbara Williamson, Rector of St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church, Sudbury will officiate. At the suggestion of the family, donations in memory of Julie should be directed to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
