He was born in Boston on November 19, 1930, the son of Kilby Page Osborn, Sr., and Katherine B. (Hobson).
Mr. Osborn served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Lewy’s Island Lodge and Royal Arch Masons, Knights Templar and Anah Temple.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Marjorie N. (Norman) Osborn; three children, Bruce H. Osborn and his wife Jane of Natick, Katherine Pungitore and her husband Joseph of Mansfield, Kilby P. Osborn, III of Fitchburg,; brother-in-law, Lawrence Norman of VA; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, George L. Osborn, II.
Funeral services and burial at Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston will be private.
