Nancy (Niklas), and ten beautiful grandchildren: Michael, Kate, Hazel, Caleb, Patrick, John Thomas, Daniel, Astrid, Elsa and Lova. Pat was predeceased by her two beloved husbands John Keane and Abraham Siff.
Pat’s smile lit up the room. She loved life and met each day with a positive attitude and limitless energy. Pat had a passion for people and made meaningful connections with countless souls throughout her life. Pat travelled the world and yet was always deeply rooted in her community; she worked as a real estate agent in Sudbury for 34 years and was an active member of both St. Anselm’s parish of Sudbury and Christ the King parish of Mashpee. In addition, Pat was a member of a seemingly endless amount of social groups, most recently the red hats, a women's’ walking group, the 55+ Club of Christ the King Church, Hyannis Yacht Club, and the Falmouth Newcomers Club.
In the end, even terminal lung cancer couldn’t break Pat’s spirit. She took two years of chemo treatments as an opportunity to make friends with amazing doctors, nurses and patients at Hematology Oncology Specialists of Cape Cod. Pat’s life was characterized by bravery, strength, wisdom and a zest for social connections. She cared deeply for others and was a great source of strength and inspiration for many. When Pat’s body finally succumbed to her illness, she was surrounded by her husband and children as her soul lifted up to heaven.
