Paul I. Bledsoe of Sudbury, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 24, 2015 after being stricken at his residence. He was 84 and the husband of Joyce I. (Conrad) Bledsoe. Born in Barboursville, West Virginia, he was one of nine children and the son of the late Allen H. and Lillian K. (Meadows) Bledsoe. Mr. Bledsoe held a Masters Degree from George Washington University and served in the United States Navy, retiring July 1, 1981 following 34 years of service to his country. Upon moving to Sudbury later in 1981 he became associated with Raytheon in the Program Management Division where he was employed over the next 15 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sudbury. In addition to his wife, Joyce, he leaves two sons: Michael A. Bledsoe of California and Mark G. Bledsoe and his wife, Joanne, also of California and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 28, at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 162 Landham Road, Sudbury.
