Phyllis Girad Homeyer

Phyllis(Girard) Homeyer,87, passed away onOctober 28, 2013 at the North Hill Retirement Community in Needham. Devoted wife of the late Frank Fuller Homeyer and a resident of Wellesley for over thirty years, she will be remembered for her determination in all aspects of life andfor doting on her grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren.Phyllisretired fromthe Boston Music Company in 1995 after nearly 50 proud and satisfying years of employment. Daughter of George and Helen Girard,she was born and raised in the Somerville area. She is survived by step-children John Derek Homeyer of Wellesley and Marcia Boysen of Walnut Creek, CA; step-grandchildren Ashley Hammarth, Neal Boysen, Kathy MacLeod, and Susan Riedell; four great-grandchildren; and others. She was pre-deceased by her sister Shirley, step-grandson Jay, and great-grandson Nick.
