I had recently found out that I was related to Quincy through I contacted him to tell him that I had discovered that we were cousins (our great grandfather's were bothers). I had a nice conversation with him, he welcomed me to the family and told me about his experiences through Ancestry and the family reunion that I unfortunately learned had taken place before I found out we were related. I told him that I hoped to make the trip up his way from New Jersey to meet him and the family this summer but did not get the chance. I'm saddened to hear of his passing and saddened that I did not get the change to know him better. To his family I say that the short time that I knew him I got the sense that he was a warm and engaging person, a tremendous family man and a good person. He surely will be missed by all who knew him.

I had reached out to Bother Quince because I seen his name one day playing around on and I seen his name so I reached out and we connected. After sharing some ancestral document and having a couple conversations on the phone, I became apart of the family reunion committee. Bro. Quincy had a conversion with my mother (Irene Miller) and we all was suppose to go the family reunion but my mother passed on March the 11th, 2016 and we did not make it. I will miss My Brother because of his spirit, LOVING AND CARING AS IT HAS SHOWN. BLESSINGS TO THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY. Cousin Jerome Miller-Bey.
