Richard Dean French, 86, of Sudbury, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Ellen, his two children, Kelley of Marlboro, Massachusetts and Gregory and his spouse Doreen of Foothill Ranch, California. He also leaves four grandchildren: Luke, Matthew, Michael and Steven; his brother Archie and sister Doris.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ross and Catherin, brothers; Luther, Joe, Norman, Donald and sister, Jackie.
Richard was born in Shiprock, New Mexico on October 17, 1936 and enjoyed photography, videography, daily nature walks in Hop Brook Marsh and coaching the Science Olympiad for many years.
Funeral Arrangements will be handled by Duckett Funeral Home of J.S. Waterman & Sons.
