Sterns David Frank Haley

Sterns David Frank Haley, of Sudbury, MA, passed away on August 20, 2023. Born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada on May 25, 1965, to David and Sandra (Kennedy) Haley. He is predeceased by his Dad, grandparents, and Ben Sarro.

He is survived by his beloved wife Jayne, daughters Michelle, Catherine, and her fiancé Sam Scannell of Sudbury, his mom Sandy of Newton, his sister Lisa Bleasdell and her children Drew, Brendan, and Haley of Framingham, his brother-in-law and sister-in- law Bill and Joelle Brady of Woburn and their children Tyler, Devin, Shayla, Cole, and MacKenzie. He is also survived Dennis Leveque, his uncle Michael Haley from Alberta, aunt Kathy Haley and uncle Brian Haley of Nova Scotia, uncle Bobby and aunt Pat MacDonald of PEI.

Sterns leaves behind his treasured friends: Jeff Newton, Harold Curtis, Frank Perri, David McDade, Kenny Tartaglia, Rob LeConti, Bill Salamone, and his trusted employee and friend Tom Gannon. He also enjoyed hanging with his friends down at Willis Lake.

Sterns attended school at Newton North. He started working at Classic Cars in Newton when he was sixteen. He eventually acquired the business 10 years ago and was passionate about cars and respectful to his customers.

Sterns was an easy going, fun, even man who always kept his word and loved his girls deeply without ever trying to draw attention to himself.

Visitation will be held at Duckett Funeral Home, 656 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 4 – 7PM. Funeral Service will be held at United Methodist Church, 251 Old Sudbury Rd, Sudbury, at 10AM on Saturday, August 26, 2023. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Stern’s memory to the GoFundMe: Sterns Haley Family Assistance Fund.
