Angela Jennie Occhipinti of Chestnut Ridge, NY died August 10, 2016 at age 74. Born January 24, 1942 in Hackensack, NJ to Anthony and Mary (Orapallo) Occhipinti, Sr. Angela is known throughout the county as an accomplished Chef and owner of A Taste of Distinction. She is survived by her loving son Christopher Morro, cherished siblings Anthony Occhipinti, Jr. and Sandra Mackey (husband Wayne), devoted father Anthony, beloved nieces and nephews Donna and John Conway, Michael and Sabrina DeRosa, Camille and Robert Matson, Anthony DeRosa, Lori Occhipinti, Danielle Occhipinti, Erin Senne, Lisa and Johnny Foglia and Brian Mackey and cherished great nieces and nephews Jennie Conway, Maya DeRosa and Braxton Foglia. Predeceased by her mother Mary and sister Jean DeRosa. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern.
