

Anneliese A. Heinz, a resident of Suffern, New York formally Barnegat and Hasbrouck Heights, NJ passed away on September 5, 2024. Anneliese was born on September 14, 1933 in Bremen Germany to the late Ludwig and Becke (Lange) Schwiering.
Anneliese grew up during WW11 in Germany. She endured the tragedies associated with war and came through it as a strong , reliable woman. After marrying Harold Heinz, they boarded a ship and cruised to America to start their lives together in this Land of Opportunity. Although she didn't initially speak English Anneliese learned quickly and was able to find a job at the U.S. Testing Company in Hoboken, NJ.
Anneliese and her family moved to Hasbrouck Heights, where they lived for 4 decades. Anneliese was active in the Amt Ostener Club and she served as Secretary for many years. Anneliese enjoyed her garden, baking, and cooking delicious German/American meals.
Anneliese is survived by her Husband, Harold J. Heinz, her daughter Linda (and James) Trapp, her son Ronald (and Traci ) Heinz, three granddaughters, Meredith (nee Trapp) Thomas and her husband, Dafydd Thomas, Emilee Heinz, and Danielle Heinz, and three great-grandchildren, Natalie, Gwyneth, and Lorelei Thomas.
Anneliese is predeceased by her grandson, Eric J. Trapp.
