Mr. Thompson was a truly well-respected gentleman in our neighborhood.  I always admired the care he put into maintaining his lawn; it was always so green and vibrant.

My name is David Dalrymple my grandmother name was Amy Thompson I was told  she was Austin Thompson older sister. When my sisters and I went to lived with my grandma in the 70s. She would tell us stories about her other siblings when they were growing up together.  One of the stories was when my grandmother cooked lunch for her father it would arrive early and have taste, but when her sister cooked lunch it would arrive late and have no taste. Unfortunately she never mentioned anything about her brother. I know the family will miss Austin Thompson asked much i still miss my grandmother.  Amy Thompson died in the early 90s may both of them RIP ❤️

Mr. Austin Thompson was a prominent member of the community.  While taking his favorite walks he would always give a pleasant smile and ask, "How are you doing?" He was also a respectable father figure to many, and a member of the DayBreak Assembly in Morvant.

I met Geandpa Thompson in his latter years by attending the church of his son Earl.He was always a stately man both in staure and ..mannerisms.. I share the loss of his family just as i enjoyed the stories of his life RIP good soldier🙏🙏
