Barbara A. Alfieri

Born on March 19, 1931, to Charles and Florence (née Thierfelder)

Butterick, Barbara lived a life devoted to her family and defined by

kindness, grace, and quiet strength. She was a cherished wife to Al Alfieri, who predeceased her in 2012, and a loving mother to Peter Alfieri and his partner Janice Anderson, Michael Alfieri, and Kathryn Masilotti and her husband John. Her legacy lives on through her seven adored grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Barbara was also predeceased by all eight of her siblings, with whom she shared a deep and lifelong bond.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during visitation on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home in Suffern, NY. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY, immediately followed by interment.

Barbara will be remembered for her unwavering love, enduring spirit, and the meaningful connections she nurtured with everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
