Carolyn J. Minafri of Tuxedo, NY. Carolyn was born in Manhattan and lived in the Bronx. She was married for 41 years to her beloved husband Vincent. A graduate from Thorpe Secretarial School in Manhattan and a student of Rockland Community College. She was the Vice President and Social Chairman of the Ramapo Woman’s Club, a member of the Silver Dollars of Tuxedo, Sons of Italy and the Red Hat Club. She was an Administrative Assistant for Grant Industries in West Nyack and a volunteer at Good Samaritan Hospital. Carolyn enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the United States and Europe. Survived by her loving children Denise Marie McElwain (husband James), Kim Minafri and T.M. and cherished grandchildren Daniel, Christopher and Kevin (wife Lauren) McElwain and Ashley and Samantha Licata. Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Mass Saturday 11am at St. Joan of Arc Church in Sloatsburg. Committal Private.
