Daniel Stack

Daniel Stack passed away on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2012 at the age of 84. He is survived by his beloved wife Jane, his loving children Joan Enering and Gordon, his beloved granddaughters Megan and Haley, and his beloved son-in-law, Robert Enering.

Daniel was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was on active duty in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and spent 37 years in the Naval Reserve, retiring as a Captain. Daniel received a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College, and his Law degree

from Columbia Law School. He went on to receive a Masters in Law from Georgetown University Law School. Daniel's interests were very broad and included natural resources and electronics projects. Daniel has always been a kind and generous husband, father, and citizen. He was extremely proud of his service in the U.S. Navy.

There will be a viewing at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, NY on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 1 p.m. with the interment to follow at Fred W. Loescher Veteran's Cemetery, New Hempstead, NY.
