Ortiz, Debra Suzanne Rosenblatt of Patchogue, NY. Died April 10, 2012 at age 49. Born June 2, 1962 in Bronx, NY to Herbert and Rosemarie (Gonzalez) Rosenblatt. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s College and her Master’s Degree from Dowling College. Survived by her beloved daughter Dalisa Ortiz (Jason McPhee), loving parents Herbert Rosenblatt and Rosemarie Hackforth and cherished siblings Samantha Syoen, Elena Schanta and Kenny Rosenblatt. Predeceased by her grandparents Samuel and Anna Rosenblatt and uncles Larry W. and Albert Rosenblatt. Visitation Sunday 4-8pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Service Monday 11am at the Funeral Home followed by an Interment at Ascension Cemetery in Airmont, NY.
