Doris J. Judd passed on from Earth on October 26, 2016. She was born and raised in Bald Knob, Arkansas and lived most of her life in Pomona, NY. Doris had a long and fulfilling career as a nurse (BSN) with the Rockland County Department of Mental Health and MHA’s Elmwood Club. But most important to her was her family who will miss her very much: husband Bill Mennenga; children Robin, David, Karen and Paul Castelli, Scott and Rebecca Sassano; siblings Irell Rohl, James Turley, Lavonne Thomas. Doris had nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home for family only. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to United Hospice of Rockland in Doris’ name.
