Francis “Frank” Philip Schwarz of Suffern died March 21, 2016 at age 90. Born September 12, 1925 in Union City, NJ to Francis and Sophie “Betty” (Bothner) Schwarz. Frank served honorably in the US Army during WWII. He was the owner of Frank Schwarz Plumbing and parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. In his spare time he enjoyed traveling. Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary on May 25, 2006. Survived by his loving siblings Margaret “Peggy” Yuda, Catherine Cuccia (husband John) and Donald Schwarz (wife Patty) and several cherished nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Madeline Zimmermann. Visitation today, Wednesday 4-7pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Committal Service Thursday 11am at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Nanuet.
