Fritz Millien was a man, brother, husband, father, and parent of parents who came into this world in Port-au-Prince in 1935, and spent 86 years celebrating that life with his family and friends. Over his life, he spread love to all those around him, building relationships and a family of almost 30. He met the love of his life at 15, and from there, set in motion
Fritz had a beautiful mind, studying physics and becoming an electrician. His passion and drive to provide a better life for his family brought them to the States. In a house where we all have memories, he set in motion a new chapter for the Millien family. And today, we all benefit from the seeds he planted; the education, love, care, and structure he provided for us all to be able to come together today and memorialize him.
Fritz’ impact on this family and each and every one of us will last an eternity. And as we continue this path, he set us all on, may we always remember the sacrifices he made for us all to be where we are today. He will be missed by us all, and we’ll always have the memories we’ve made of/with him in our hearts.
