George was born on August 24, 1935, to the late George and Ethel (Clark) D’Esposito in Brooklyn, NY. George is survived by his beloved wife, Felicia T. D’Esposito; loving children, Judy Pipolo and Jimmy D’Esposito; cherished grandchildren, Charlie Pipolo and his wife Katie, and Danielle Brennan and her husband Thomas. His great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Madison Pipolo and Brielle and Brody Brennan, also survive him. He is predeceased by his son-in-law Joseph Pipolo (2013).
George had a 35-year career with IBM. When he retired he “broke his alarm clock” with plans to sleep in more and spent his days playing cards, watching baseball games, listening to country music and spending time with his loved ones. He found new hobbies in writing pen pal letters to his great-granddaughter Kaylee, authoring fictional stories and learning Rummikub with his Atria friends.
