Jack Gutierrez of Vernon, NJ died June 1, 2016 at age 85. Born November 24, 1930 in Brooklyn to Joaquin and Zulima (Alvarez) Gutierrez. Jack served honorably with the U.S. Army. He is survived by his beloved wife Clara (Alarcon) Gutierrez, loving children Jack Gutierrez (wife Sharon), Albert Gutierrez and Robert Gutierrez (wife Jill) and cherished grandchildren Megan, Marissa, Matthew, Tyler and Alex. Visitation Thursday 6-8pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Service Friday 10am at Maryrest Cemetery 770 Darlington Road in Mahwah.
