Jane Marcia Stack

She was 95 years old, and lived a full, happy life.

She absolutely ADORED her two granddaughters, Megan and Haley, and doted on them whenever possible.

She was married to Daniel Stack for almost 60 years, and shared numerous adventures with him and her children.

She became a lawyer at age 55, and worked as a real estate attorney, and later worked for the New York State Department of Human Rights. She retired at 82, to care for her husband until his death in 2012.

She went on to become a member of her senior citizens group in Suffern, New York, and played bridge and poker almost every day, until her eyesight failed her.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be missed by her family and friends.

Visitation for Jane will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York. Funeral Service will occur Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 220 Brick Church Road, New Hempstead, New York 10977.
