Janice Lee Mashig a long time resident of Ramsey, NJ passed away on January 10, 2017 at the age of 79. Janice was the daughter of Elizabeth and James Buckler. Janice adored her family and friends as they did her. She touched so many lives. The animal kingdom will miss her dearly, she was always there for them with a helping hand. Janice is survived by her beloved children Nancy Schmid, Thomas Mashig and his wife Alice, by her adored grandchildren Cassandra and Lorenz Schmid and Hunter, Harrison and Malcolm Mashig and by her first great granddaughter who is due this month. She is also survived by her brother William Buckler and his wife Alex and daughter Tracey Buckler. Janice was predeceased by daughter Margaret Mashig on August 19, 2006. Janice was the anchor of our family, she will be so greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date for Janice.
