Jerry C. Bakker

Jerry C. Bakker of Monroe, NY passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012 at the age of 63. He was born on December 10, 1948 to the late Charles and Elizabeth Bakker. He married Maryann Phillips at Sacred Heart Church 42 years ago and later joined the Ramapo Police Department where he attained the rank of Lieutenant. He will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends and colleagues.

Jerry is survived by his wife; Maryann Bakker of Monroe, NY, children; Charles (Kimberly) Bakker of Woodford, VA, Shawn (Cheryl) Bakker of Monroe, NY, siblings; Garry (Marge) Bakker, Henry (Eileen) Bakker, Charles (Donna) Bakker, Terry (Bernard) Ten Cate and grandchildren; Preslei Bakker, Zachary Bakker and Benjamin Meadors.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, NY 10901. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, Suffern, NY on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11am with the interment to follow at Ascension Cemetery, Airmont, NY.
