Loretta Ryan of Suffern, NY died May 20, 2012 at age 75 after a 3 year courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Born November 8, 1936 in Queens, NY to William and Esther (Cleary) Brosi. Loretta earned her Associates and Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing and a Masters Degree as a Nurse Practitioner. She also volunteered at Care-Net for over 10 years. Survived by her beloved husband John F. “Jack” Ryan, loving children Laureen Ryan (husband Paul Daniusis), Keith Ryan (wife Marci), Sean Ryan (wife Kim) and Matthew Ryan (wife Julianne), 8 cherished grandchildren and caring brothers William Brosi (wife Marilyn) and Joseph Brosi (wife Patricia). Visitation Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Service Friday 10am at Gracepoint Gospel Fellowship 384 New Hempstead Rd in New City followed by an Interment at Frederick W. Loescher Veterans Cemetery in New Hempstead.
