Maria Lagno of Suffern died January 18, 2013 at age 58. Born January 23, 1954 in Italy to Saverio and Louise (Mairano) Salvatore. Maria was a wonderful mother and provider for her children. She enjoyed traveling and caring for her pets. She will also be remembered as a devout Catholic and supporter of St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Survived by her beloved husband Richard Lagno, loving children William Fowlkes and Carolyn Fowlkes and cherished siblings Lorenzo and Philomena Salvatore. Predeceased by her sister Maria. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Mass Thursday 10 am at Sacred Heart Church in Suffern followed by the interment at Ascension Cemetery in Airmont.
