Mary Rita Kelly Gagyo, 98, of Vass N.C. passed away peacefully Monday April 25, 2011. She was born to the late George and Elizabeth Gagyo in Rockland County. She was proceeded in death by her brothers, John Kelly; George Kelly; Mike Kelly; Andy Kelly, and her sisters, Ann Sovak; Elsie Malone, and Helen Clifford. Mary was an operator for the Bell Telephone Company until she retired in 1975. Mary was an active member of the Telephone Pioneers. Mary was involved with the St. Joan of Arc Church and an active member of the Sloatsburg Senior Citizens. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Joan of Arc Church, Sloatsburg, New York. Visitation Friday from 6-8pm at Wanamaker and Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am at St. Joan of Arc Church in Sloatsburg followed by an Interment at St. Anastasia Cemetery in Harriman.
