Michael C. Zavoski

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Marian A. Zavoski, his son Michael C. Zavoski, Jr. (and wife Nan S. Zavoski), his son Andrew P. Zavoski, his brother Joseph (and wife Bev), and sisters Jean, Patricia (and husband Leon), Dorothy (and husband Don), and JoAnn (and husband Dave). He is predeceased by his sisters Ann (Honey) and Virginia (Ginger) and his brothers Daniel and John (Jackie).

Mr. Zavoski worked at Avon Products Incorporated in Suffern, NY for 33 years before retiring as the supervisor of the machine shop. He later went on to own and operate a consulting business specializing in cosmetic manufacturing for 20 years. He was a United States Marine and served in the Korean War. Mike enjoyed bowling, golfing, and traveling domestically and abroad. Most of all, he loved being with his family.

A viewing will be held at Wanamaker & Carlough on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 between 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm and 9:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Suffern, NY on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Homeless Veterans.
