As one of Nick's Weil colleagues, I am devastated to hear of this tremendous loss. While I only worked with Nick directly once, I found him to be so incredibly personable, kind, humble and knowledgeable about his craft. He helped me through an IT challenge in the most professional and caring of ways. I immediately felt his supportive nature (and humor!) and was so thankful for his assistance. Despite only working with him on one occasion, he left a lasting impression. I cannot even imagine the grief that Nick's family, but in particular, his fiancé Laura, must be feeling during this time. I am so very sorry for this untimely passing. I have no doubt that he is with the angels. May Nicholas rest in peace. Praying for strength and comfort for the entire Coletta family and Laura. With deepest condolences, Hedieh Fakhriyazdi

Jackie, Jess, Laura And Family,
I am so sorry for your loss! My thoughts, prayers and love are with you all!!!

There Truly aren’t enough words in the world to describe how gentle and caring Nick was. His heart so beautiful and pure, he woke up everyday on a mission to make sure everyone he knew was okay and felt loved. His contagious smile brightened a room, his humble laugh made everyone smile, his strength and courage was radiant and inspiring, he was such a blessing to all who knew him. He loved fully and unconditionally and touched so many people hearts and lives. Nick was the most selfless person I ever knew and I will forever be grateful that He was apart of my life. I will forever cherish the memories ... Nick, my best friend I love you dearly and I thank you for blessing me with your friendship for so many years!! I miss you terribly and my heart is broken but I know you will find a way to show us all that you are still with us.. and “that is a beautiful thing.” Until we meet again my dearest friend!
I love you!
Rest In Peace Nick

Nicholas, So many factors intervene in this life. Emotions, circumstances, past issues, deep seated fears and insecurities...they can complicate things, making a relationship impossible. Yet, certain realities persist, underpinning everyday events, even on a subconscious level. Those connections, the ones that arise at the very core of our souls...they can never die. We had that connection, despite so many years apart. Externally, we were only a part of each other's lives for a short time, so very long ago, and yet the truth is so much deeper than that. I've known that, and now that you are free of the restraints of this world, you know it, too. You see everything clearly now, you are at home with God, and one day, I'll see you again when I too am called home. I love you, always.

Nick was one of the good ones. He always offered smile, joke or a hug when you needed it. He helped me get though those tough years with his silly laugh and hug. We lost touch over the years but he never failed to wish me a happy birthday or congratulations once we reconnected. He was one of a kind and my heart breaks for your loss..
