Phyllis J. Marshall a long time resident of Rockland passed away on March 20, 2014 at age 87. Phyllis was born to Philip and Lucia Petraglia on March 3, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY. She was married to her beloved husband Charles F. Marshall for 68 years.
Phyllis is a past employee of the AVON Corporation.
In addition to her husband, Phyllis is survived by her loving children Deborah Maybeck (Paul), Cynthia Hollensworth (Charles), Charles H. Marshall (Susan) and Robert Marshall (Karen), as well as her adored grandchildren Paul, Deborah, Ryan, Christy, Charles F., Michael and their spouses and 11 cherished great grandchildren.
