She attended New York City Schools and graduated from Walton High School in Bronx, NY. Rita married Ralph DiBrino on April 23, 1960. She had a long career in banking where she worked for Chemical and M&T banks. She also had a passion for swimming.
Rita leaves to cherish her memory: children,, Lisa (Antonio) Curcio and Michael (Zola) DiBrino; grandchildren: Anthony DiBrino, Gianna Curcio and Antonio Curcio; brother, Sebastian (Candida) D'Urso and a host of relatives and friends.
A visitation for Rita will be held Sunday, April 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901. A funeral mass will occur Monday, April 25, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 129 Lafayette Ave, Suffern, NY. An interment will occur Monday, April 25, 2022 at Ascension Cemetery, 650 Saddle River Rd., Airmont, New York 10952.
