Bob was raised in New York City, surrounded by a large and loving extended family. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and found great joy in spending time in nature, especially in the mountains.
He is survived by his daughter, Jeanine Marie Chiavelli; his son, Robert Alexander Ercoreca; and his cherished grandchildren, John, Jake, and Jenna Chiavelli, and Dylan and Devyn Ercoreca. He also leaves behind numerous cousins and extended family members who will remember him fondly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, NY 10901.
A funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will take place at Ascension Cemetery in Airmont, New York.
Bob will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
