Rubelio Palma, age 62, of Spring Valley, New York passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
A visitation for Rubelio will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
