

Suze Louissaint, age 49, of Woodbury, New York passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Suze was born in Haiti November 21st, 1973. Suze married Marckensy Louissaint on May 31st, 1998 in Spring Valley. Suze and Marckensy welcomed their first child Rebecca Gabrielle on August 2nd, 2001. A few years later, Suze began her career at ARC of Rockland. In 2003, Suze and Marckensy welcomed their second daughter Alicia Michelle. Suze continued working at ARC while participating in her church's women's choir. In May 2010, Suze and Marckensy welcomed their first son Aiden Marckensy and on December 26th, 2011 they welcomed their second son Gavin Marckensy. In April of 2021, Suze completed and received her New York State License Practical Nurse license.
Suze was the most amazing person you could ever come across. She always put her children and family first regardless of the situation. She always made sure that her family was taken care of and happy before she was.
After months and months of being in agony, Suze was taken to the ER to be treated, during that hospital stay, in June 2022, Suze and her family discovered she had Stage 4 Uterine Cancer. For the next eight months Suze fought and fought and fought through surgery and 2 chemotherapy cycles. Until, on February 12, 2023, God called Suze home to her late father Jacob Alexandre and her niece Izabel Alexandre.
Suze left behind her husband Marckensy, her four children Rebecca Gabrielle, Alicia Michelle, Aiden Marckensy and Gavin Marckensy, along with her mother Libnite Alexandre, her cousins, nieces and nephews and her siblings all of whom loved her dearly.
A visitation for Suze will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Gracepoint Gospel Fellowship, 384 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 384 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956. A burial will occur Friday, February 24, 2023 at Brick Church Cemetery, 221 Brick Church Rd., New Hempstead, NY 10977.
