Our hearts will be forever broken at the loss of our adoring mother, Tobe Seff. Tobe was the beloved wife of the late Robert Seff; amazing mother to her two children, Brenda and Michael; crazy wonderful mother-in-law to Megan; grandmother (Meiji) to her rays of sunshine: Holden, Rory and her granddogs, Whiskey and Wyatt. Tobe also learned later in life about her sister Ilka Skobie whom she never knew she had growing up.
Not only was Tobe an amazing mom to her children but also to everyone that crossed her path, especially her neighbors and friends of many years. As Tobe will be missed by all terribly, we can feel the joy knowing she has been reunited with her love, our father, Robert who also left us way too soon.
