Venerando "Fred" Tagliarini

Venerando "Fred" Tagliarini, 90, of Monsey, NY entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 21,2013 at Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY. Venerando was born February 16, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY. The son of Late Guiseppi & Antonia Tagliarini. He was the beloved husband to Louise Tagliarini. Venerando was a WWII Veteran in the US Army, he was a recipient of a Purple Heart. After leaving the Army he was a 40 yr. member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 5. He also was a volunteer of Spring Hill Ambulance Corp.

Fred is survived by wife, Louise Tagliarini, daughter, Gail Rodriguez & husband Juan Rodriguez of Chester, NY. Granddaughter, Jennifer Rodriguez of Chester. Two sisters: Marie Coletti of Queens, Sadie Di'Auito of Connecticut & nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by 1 sister & 1 brother.

Visitation will be held at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Rt. 59, Suffern, NY 10901 on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 10am with the burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Nanuet.
