Victor H. Dazulma

Born on December 26, 1938, in Haiti to the late Hector and Julienne (née Rose) Dazulma, Victor carried with him a deep respect for his roots and a strong sense of integrity throughout his life. He married the love of his life, Charlotte, in Queens, NY, and together they shared over 50 years of marriage, building a life grounded in family, faith, and unwavering commitment to one another.

Victor is survived by his beloved wife Charlotte; his son Alain Dazulma and wife Desire; his daughter Sandra; his brother Jean Renaud Dazulma; and his sisters Adelanie Dasulma and Alta Grace Jean-Gilles. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Tyron, Bryant, Maleah, Erica, and Andre, as well as his treasured great-grandchildren Leanah and Zion.

Victor spent many years working as a real estate broker with Glazer Realty in Spring Valley, NY, where his honesty and professionalism earned the trust of colleagues and clients alike. He took his work seriously, but he was even more devoted to the people around him. A man of few but meaningful words, he loved deeply and was fiercely loyal to his family and friends.

Though known for his serious demeanor, Victor believed he had a great sense of humor—even if not everyone always agreed. His sincerity and quiet warmth touched all who knew him. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in Spring Valley, where his faith remained a steady compass throughout his life.

In his later years, Victor found joy in the simple pleasures of gardening and cheering on his favorite soccer teams. These quiet pastimes brought him peace and fulfillment.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Rt. 59, Suffern, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM that morning at St. Joseph’s Church in Spring Valley, NY. Victor will be laid to rest at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.

Victor H. Dazulma leaves behind a legacy of honesty, love, and quiet strength. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
