I know I am late to this memorial, i just had not kept in touch.  I was a childhood friend, in many school classes and another person who hung out with Bill and shared growing up.  My condolences to his family.  

          Billie was our cousin.  We knew him as Billie.  We all spent a lot of time together with him growing up and have so many fond memories.  His father was our Uncle Bill and my father (known to Billie as Uncle Bob) were very close brothers.   Billie so reminded us our Uncle Bill, kind, loving, with a big heart.  

       Our families vacationed together and we all went to a place called Dellwood Acres in Pennsylvania.  We had so much fun with Billie going out on the lake with him in a rowboat.  He was so good to us and fun to be around.  My older sister and Billie learned how to drive together and it is a special memory.  I was younger than Billie and was having trouble learning to tie my shoes.  To this day, I remember, he taught me how to tie my shoes.  So patient and kind.   

        We are all so saddened to hear of his passing.  Many years passed and we did not get to see each other but Billie will always have a place in our hearts.  We all know our lives don’t always turn out as planned, but we do know he had a beautiful life with Pam and his sons.  

       Billie will never be forgotten.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Bill was a good friend in high school. His upbeat mood and personality made him a pleasure to be around. Rest in peace, my friend. 

Pam, I was taken back today, when I heard of Bill’s passing.   He was a good friend, and always has been known as a gentleman in the Pharmaceutical industry.   Whether we worked for separate companies, or at ABC together, Bill was always fun to be with.  I’ll remember the sales meetings that we had to attend together, sitting next to each other and raising our eyebrows listening to someone tell us how we’re supposed to do our job, but most of all, the great dinners at Spotto’s in the Bronx! My dear sweet brother in law Bill  aka Bilbo Baggins.  A sweet and gentle soul who suffered unspeakable sorrow alongside his wife(my  dear sis Pam) at the loss of their 2 oldest sons. Their strength came from knowing they were needed by their  youngest son Zach

Bill will truly be missed by those of us he left behind  and we will enjoy his sweet smile again one day when family and friends are together for eternity

A man I will never forget was loved and loved everyone. Memories will always live on. I will always miss the future you could of had but the moments that will live on forever will keep us going. You are now with your two sons. Which is still hard to this day. But I will feel some comfort knowing your now with them on the other side. We will meet again bill. Still can’t believe it. Will always be a father figure to me. So glad to have this photo of us. 

Myself and others would spend a lot of time together with Bill. In HS we would hang out at his house, visit with his Mom & Dad and work on his car in the driveway. I remember a hair raising test drive down From Road after a carburetor tune up on Bill’s car!  Bill had a wonderful temperament and was always willing to help out. I’ll alway remember him as he was in his yearbook picture from 1971.

From his wife Pam of 40 years Bill was the most pure genuine soul He had a heart of gold and gave me three beautiful sons. We suffered the loss of two of our sons Nicholas in 2011 and Alexander in 2014. Life was never the same , he is survived by me his heartbroken wife and his youngest son Zachary and most devoted companion of 14 years Nestle.He will be missed more than words can say. He gave us the best of himself through all the tragedies we suffered . He worked hard and , gave us a great life. He recently moved us 
home to Mahwah to our dream home in the mountains so close to heaven. Love by all he met,no one better than him. 

Bill was always so kind to me. Always made me feel like part of the family. I remember when he picked us up all late at night and drove everyone home cause Nicks car broke yet again . Even when he found out i Drove his corvette he wasn’t mad. He laughed and said It was probably safer I drove it than Nick anyway. Pam and Zach I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was a great man and I hope you cherish all the memories he gave you . Love you. 

I worked with Bill and Pam in the mid-1970's at McDonalds, and remember those days as  happy times (too bad I didn't know it at the time).

Bill was smart.  hard working, with a wonderful sense of humor.  We worked at a couple of different stores together, and toyed with the idea of opening a deli together- the idea never was seriously  pursued , but after 45 years- is one of the things I remember sharing with Bill.
