I worked with Bob a lot on the 12-8 shift at NNSY and we always had a lot of fun. His craziness always made the night go by fast. He was a real pleasure to work with.

My deepest sympathy to Past Captain Bob's family, Candy Man was a good friend and shared many a story about the Provost Guard years before I became a member. I will always remember shaking his hand and receiving a warm smile and a hand full of handy from Bob. Rest in Peace Brother Bob.

Bob was a good Provost Member and a good friend to all of us.  He was commonly referred to as the "Candy Man" as he supported the Provost numerous times in heading the Fund Raiser to sell the candy bars, and he did a fantastic job.  Bob was my section leaded when I joined the Provost Guard in 1997.  We will miss Bob greatly.  Your family will be in our prayers.
