Angelique Felicitas Chavez

ANGELIQUE FELICITAS CHAVEZ, age 66, of Missouri City, Texas, passed away Monday, September 12, 2011. She was born February 2, 1945, in Houston, to Manuel and Adela Moreno Palacios. Angelique was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be deeply missed by those who loved her, and by those whose lives she touched. She is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Stephen A. Chavez; her beloved daughter, Tanya Chavez; sons, Stephen Chavez, Jr. and his wife Teresa, Charles Chavez and his wife Debra, and Michael Chavez and his wife Nancy; nine grandchildren, Erica, Alex, Stephen III, Monique, Brianna, Liah, Lauryn, Stephanie, and Diego; and one great-grandchild, Ambry. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit), with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, September 15, 2011, at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 9009 Sienna Parkway, Missouri City, TX, with the Rev. John Rooney, Celebrant. The Rite of Committal will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 16, 2011, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston.
