I was very blessed to meet Ann and Ernie many years ago when I used to welcome parishioners on Sunday mornings while assisting as a Sacristan at St. Laurence. Ann always approached with a beautiful smile and an upbeat personality. We enjoyed discussing many things about our families and she always maintained a positive outlook. It was in later years as Rick’s health was slowly fading that I could sense the depth of her love and pain in our conversations. After Rick passed away, one could see that she was trying to remain positive about life even though her heart had to endure the tremendous weight of pain from having lost Rick. Ann was a true blessing to all who came to know her. She has been and will be missed. Ernie, Mike, and family, I am so sorry for your loss, but I hope the image of a mother embracing her son once again will bring some healing. Know that you are loved and that God’s healing Grace will help you to carry her memory in a positive light. God Bless you all and the soul of our beloved sister Ann.

Dear Mike and family,
I'm saddened to hear of Anna Marie's death. She was a dear soul, and the last time I visited was at my sister Ann Wead Swilley's funeral. Mike you and Anna Marie were shinning stars at the Mass for Ann. I'm sorry this message got to me so late, but please know we will all be praying for her soul, and for you to heal the sorrow. God bless Anna Marie's soul and bring her to eternal peace. Know you are well loved.
