BILLY RAYMOND "RAY" BAILEY, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 7, 2011. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he was the eldest child of Raymond (decd) and Allie Mae Bailey.
Ray is survived by his loving wife, Melee; mother, Allie Mae; and children, Chris, Byron, David, and Michael Bailey, and Aly, Zach, and Luke Powell.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, February 13, 2011, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit), with a visitation beginning prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
